Tanastic Tans!

Ok, to kick this section off!

I live in Ipswich Suffolk and have had tans since 2004 when I read their description in the breeds standard book and descided they sounded incredible!

I keep, breed and exhibit tans in black and beige, and have had slates and lilacs along the way.  I have run black foxes and more recently black otters as accompanying breeds and of course I also like to pioneer the new and emerging sable foxes and otters that will be making their debut on the show schedules from 2010.

I was extremely proud to be the owner of 'Tartuffe Breeshan' the first Tan to make a Best In Show for the breed in June 2008 - unfortunately she died of a RTI some 8 weeks later but I live in hope of another one coming out of my shed at some point!

I completed the Southern Cavy Club judging accreditation course this year and made my judging debut for the NFTCC at the Fareham Specialist Club Spectacular in May.

I look for sharp clean contrast in the fox and subtle rich compliment in the tans!
